The oil filter assembly includes a filter that filters engine oil and a mounting base. The filter is connected to the mounting base via a connecting pipe. The upper part of the mounting base is equipped with an outlet for filtered oil. The outlet from the filter's oil chamber is connected to the engine's main oil passage through the outlet for filtered oil. The lower part of the mounting base contains a return oil device and a return oil control mechanism. The upper part of the return oil device consists of a sealing surface cavity, and at the bottom of the sealing surface cavity, there is an elongated rod with axial threads, the bottom end of which is positioned in an installation hole on the mounting base. The sealing surface cavity of the return oil device is equipped with a pre-filtered oil return outlet used for oil return before filtering when the filter is disassembled. Additionally, there is a total oil return outlet in the sealing surface cavity of the return oil device for the oil return within the device. This invention exhibits strong sealing properties, reliable operation, and is suitable for various types of engines.
